m. Parking

How would I know how much I will have to pay for the car parking that I ordered?

If you are using a smartphone, the amount payable is displayed in the m.Parking app window. The system also keeps you informed about the service ordered and the amount payable by sending notifications.

When ordering a service via text message, there is no access to information on the payable amount, but you can check it by going to the self-service website.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
Do I have to choose a toll zone myself, or is it automatically based on the location of my mobile device?

If you are using a smartphone, you have two options: automatic toll zone identification, if you have selected this feature in the m. Parking app, and the option to select the toll zone yourself. Note that automatic toll zone identification may not always be accurate, especially if you are at the border of two toll zones, so we recommend that you check that the automatically selected toll zone actually matches the toll zone where you parked your car. Especially, if you are ordering a service for a car which is not next to you at the time of ordering of the service (perhaps the car is in one toll zone and you are in another toll zone) then you have to choose the toll zone where the car is parked.

When ordering the service, you must provide the code of the toll zone (first letter: Blue - B, Red - R, Yellow - Y, and Green - G) in the text message.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
Will I have to pay for parking if I have booked a paid parking service for another day, but have cancelled it before paid parking time of the next day was activated?

No, you will not be charged the local parking toll if you cancel the service before your paid parking time comes. You will only pay to your mobile operator for the ordering of service.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
Can I pre-order a service for another day?

Yes, with the smartphone app, you can set the end of paid parking the next day (and even the one after that) right away. If it turns out that you do not need to park your car the next day at the parking space, you can cancel your order at any time, even if it is midnight.

When ordering a service via text message, you will only be able to book your next day’s parking after the end of the paid parking time on the day during which you are trying to order your service. For example, if you order a service today at 19:00, your order will expire at 20:00 (if you booked in a toll zone where parking is payable until 20:00). At 20:00 your order will be automatically cancelled.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
If there is no way to determine the duration of the paid car parking, I’m afraid I’ll forget to stop the service, what will happen then? Will I have to pay for parking until I remember or cancel?

When you order a paid car parking service, you will receive an hourly reminder about the service you have ordered. So, if you forgot to cancel the service, you will be reminded that you have ordered it, unless you refuse to receive reminders, because by default, a reminder is sent for your convenience. The automatically ordered paid car parking service will be cancelled at the end of the paid parking time set for the day. In most parking lots, paid car parking ends at 20:00.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
Can I set a duration of a paid car parking if I order the service via text messages?

No, when ordering a service via text messages there is no way to set the parking duration. This way the service is ordered by sending the order code Start. You can cancel your order at any time by sending a cancellation code Stop.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
If I use my smartphone and set the time till which my car will be parked in the paid parking space, but it turns out that it will actually be parked longer than I set, how can I extend the duration of the paid parking? Do I need to wait for the service to automatically terminate and re-order?

You can extend your paid parking time as soon as you know that your car will be parked for longer than you set. You just need to change the set end time of paid parking in the m.Parking app on your phone.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
How will the inspector see that I paid for parking?

The inspector will see the payment information by scanning the car’s license plate number.

Last update date: 2020 05 07
What should I do to pay for parking via m. Parking app?

The parking payment service can be ordered immediately if you have a mobile phone. If you are using a smartphone, after downloading the m.Parking app you will need to enter the car’s license plate, select the toll zone, and set the duration of the paid parking service so that the service will be cancelled automatically at the time that you set. You may cancel the service at any time prior to the set cancellation of the service.

If you are subscribing to the service for the first time by sending a text message to 1332, you will need to enter the following text: Start [space] [toll zone code] [space] [license plate]. When ordering a service later, if you will be paying for parking of the same car, you will only need to send the order code and the first letter of the toll zone, e.g.: Start G. To cancel the service, you will send the order cancellation Code Stop to 1332.
